ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The Boeing Company announced on Wednesday that talks with IAM District 837 have ended.

According to the company, the talks ended with union leadership refusing to take a revised offer to vote.

Boeing St. Louis Vice President of Air Dominance Dan Gillian sent the below message to represented employees outlining the offer.

The message stated that Boeing made adjustments in areas to provide additional bonus money, more wage growth and bring employees back to work by Tuesday with benefits reinstated.

“Unfortunately, after talking for weeks about your democratic process, IAM leadership is refusing to allow you to vote on this offer and the chance to end the strike,” Gillian wrote.

According to Gillian, the offer is the strongest agreement with the union.
