Legia Warsaw pulled off a bit of a surprise in the third round of Group A in the Basketball Champions League by defeating Heidelberg in Germany, with a score of 74-67.

Heiko Rannula had several players in good form this evening, with Jayvon Graves being the most effective, scoring 19 points, but with a 7/19 from field. Ojars Silins added two points less, while Carl Ponsar also reached double figures with 13 points.

For Heidelberg, only two players reached double digits, both surnamed Weathers – Michael had 17 points, while Marcus added 12 points along with ten rebounds.
