Weeks ahead of being sentenced on charges he sexually assaulted a drunk teenage girl in a Shippensburg Sheetz bathroom and another a week later at his apartment, DeMarcus Johnson, 26, tried to walk back his plea.

Despite signing documents to the contrary, Johnson complained he didn’t understand the rights he was giving up and that he wanted to take back his no contest plea that would send him to jail for years.

He claimed prosecutors didn’t have scientific evidence he committed the crimes.
