FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Herman's Ribhouse in Fayetteville is officially up for sale for the first time in nearly a decade.

Nick and Carrie Wright, the owners of Herman's Ribhouse, said in a social media post that rumors were true about the restaurant being up for sale.

The two said the following in the post:

"This place has meant the world to us, and it’s not a decision we made lightly. We’re incredibly proud of the memories, the meals, and the community that’s grown around these walls.
