ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Rogers Heritage War Eagles are still celebrating after their big win last week, snapping a 25-game losing streak.
The War Eagles defeated the Fort Smith Northside Grizzlies 41-40 at David Gates Stadium last Friday, the team's first win since the 2023 opener against Siloam Springs.
Quarterback Braedon Carroll was the Fearless Friday NWA player of the week for his performance in the game.
Carroll scored the go-ahead touchdown that helped snap the losing streak, and he said the energy in the locker room was high after the big win.
