COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said officers are searching for a missing at-risk man.

CSPD said 70-year-old Solomon Baines was last seen on an electric bike on Cragmor Road near Austin Bluffs Parkway and I-25. Police did not say when he was last seen.

Baines is described as a 5-foot-10 and 155-pound Black male with white hair and brown eyes.
