PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WKBN) - Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Will Howard returned to practice on Wednesday, but remains on the Reserve/Injured, Designated for Return List.
The Steelers now have a 21-day window to either activate Howard or he remains on the Reserve/Injured List for the remainder of the season.
Howard was placed on the Reserve/Injured List on Aug. 28 after suffering a hand injury in camp and missing the entire preseason.
Howard was selected by Pittsburgh in the sixth round (No. 185 overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft out of Ohio State.
The Steelers host the Green Bay Packers on Sunday at 8:15 p.m.
