In the aftermath of a high-profile ICE raid on Chinatown vendors Tuesday, the hustle and bustle around street vendors on Canal and Broadway was absent on Wednesday afternoon.

Most West African sellers were gone, while Chinese aunties used to flaunting laminated catalogs of designer knockoffs were keeping a low profile.
