PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A Beaverton woman is rattled tonight after she said her father was taken away by ICE agents. She caught the moment on camera as she demanded answers.

“They don’t have a warrant, and they took him. No, no,” while crying, Araiz Martinez said as she records ICE agents in the parking lot of Beaverton Town Square.

Martinez said her family is missing a big piece after ICE agents arrested her father, 49-year-old Jose Perez, on Monday.

“I felt useless, I wish there was something I could have done to stop it from happening, I felt so helpless,” said Martinez.
