PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- The first freeze of this winter is coming, which brings its friends, snow and ice, which make driving conditions more dangerous.

"This is probably one of the biggest learning curves I see with people, as they want to drive the same way they did on the dry pavement. Every year it's like the same thing. People don't use caution and take more time to brake, more time to accelerate, more time to turn. It's super simple," said Brett Beachler, owner and culture leader of Beachler's Tire and Automotive Center.
