Authorities in Camden County are asking for the public’s help in locating the remains of a man who prosecutors say was shot to death and dismembered by members of a Camden family.

Harold “Hal” Miller Jr., 48, of Deptford, was last seen on surveillance video entering a residence on Baird Boulevard in Camden on June 12.

Everton R. Thomas , 41, of Camden, is accused of shooting Miller in the residence and then, with the help of his wife and son, cutting up the victim’s body and disposing of the remains in an as-yet unknown location.

Prosecutors hope someone can provide closure to Miller’s family by providing details about his remains.
