Charles Barkley reveals 1 reason why Toronto Raptors are an Eastern Conference sleeper

Charles Barkley and the rest of the Inside The NBA crew are back, now on ESPN.

They're still must-see TV, though, including on this first night of their season, especially for Toronto Raptors fans.

It was quick, but Raptors fans watching may have noticed Barkley made a cool proclamation: He called the Raptors, along with the Hawks , a "sleeper" in the Eastern Conference.

And he gave one specific reason: Brandon Ingram.
