Dog-nappers who stole two Yorkshire terriers in Palm Springs at large

Two Yorkshire terriers have been kidnapped in Palm Springs after wandering from their homes, the Palm Springs Police Department said on Wednesday, Oct. 22.

The dogs, named Maggie and Winnie, were apparently last seen being picked up by two unidentified individuals, who police are asking for assistance identifying.
