AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Center City invites the community to the last Jazztober concert this season, which will feature the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile, a Halloween Doggie Dress-Up parade, and live music.

Before the concert, a Halloween Doggie Dress-Up parade will be held in the south parking lot of 1000 S. Polk, along with a dog costume contest. To be in the contest, starting at 4:30 p.m., contestants must sign up at the location.

Center City said celebrity judges will judge the canine costumes in the following categories: • Best Dressed Dachshund • Best Big Downtown Dog • Best Middle-Sized Mutt • Best Petite Pooch

The concert is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 28, on the grounds of the Historic Bivins Home. Officials said both the concert and the contest are free
