A woman who was fatally shot in a parking lot in Brampton, Ont., on Tuesday has been identified by her family as Savannah Kulla, aged 29. The situation began Tuesday at shortly before 2 p.m. when Peel Police responded to reports of a shooting in a plaza parking lot in the area of Airport Road and Queen Street in Brampton.
