UTAH COUNTY, Utah — Search and Rescue crews responded with a Life Flight after a rock climber fell approximately twenty feet near Little Mill in American Fork Canyon Wednesday evening. Their injuries are not confirmed.

A group of rock climbers where recreating in American Fork Canyon when a 37-year-old male collided with one of the other climbers and fell roughly twenty feet.

Search and Rescue crews responded and transported the patient via Life Flight. Their injuries and their current condition are not known at this time.
