MOLINE ACRES, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Police were investigating a scene Wednesday at the Lewis & Clark Library in Moline Acres.

A First Alert 4 crew at the scene saw the parking lot of the library tapped off as investigators placed down evidence markers at the scene.
