FARGO — A Fargo business is giving back to the community, and their four-legged friends.

Fetchers hosted a fall-themed celebration Wednesday, Oct. 22, inviting owners to bring their dogs to mingle while also showcasing 10 dogs from Turtle Mountain Animal Rescue looking for their forever homes.

Dogs could “bob for apples” and tennis balls in exchange for prizes and treats.

Organizers said as their services have expanded, they have also felt a growing need to give back.

“We're a facility that cares so much about our dogs and our clients that it's our goal just to make sure that they're taken care of and we're doing as much as we can for them, too,” said Shannon Neisen, general manager at Fetchers.
