Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have reportedly found a buyer for their Los Angeles home.

The estranged spouses listed the 11,800-square-foot mansion for $16.5 million back in February. The property, located in L.A.’s Hidden Hills area and now valued at nearly $15 million, is under contract from a buyer, People reported on Wednesday, October 22, citing a Zillow listing.

The house has a modern farmhouse aesthetic, with a black-and-white exterior and open, airy interiors. There are six bedrooms, a gym, a wine cellar and a home theater as well as a swimming pool and bocce ball court.
