CINCINNATI (WXIX) - We now know the name of the suspect who Cincinnati police say rammed into a cruiser three times with an officer inside and then barricaded inside an apartment, prompting a SWAT standoff.

Marvonni Finnerson, 18, of Winton Hills, is scheduled to appear at 9 a.m. Thursday in Hamilton County Municipal Court.

He is held without bond right now at the Hamilton County Justice Center on several charges, including felonious assault and aggravated burglary.

“Finnerson purposely used a vehicle as a dangerous weapon and repeatedly rammed into a police vehicle that was occupied by a police officer. Finnerson then, without authorization, entered the apartment of another,” Cincinnati police wrote in his criminal complaint.
