PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - The discovery of methamphetamine after a traffic stop led to one man’s arrest on Oct. 17.
It happened on Hwy 80 and US 27 when a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet passenger car.
After getting consent to search the car, the deputy found a backpack that contained several small plastic bags, digital scales, and pills.
The pills were identified as Suboxone and a crystal-like substance believed to be Methamphetamine.
There was also a bag of marijuana found in the man’s pocket.
Clinton Epperson, 44, of Science Hill, was arrested and charged with:
Trafficking in Controlled Substances 1st Degree, 1st Offense
Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree
Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia-Buy/Possess
Epperson is being held in the Pulask
