RUIDOSO, New Mexico - The Rotary Club of Ruidoso is celebrating 50 years of running the group’s annual Enchilada Dinner and Bingo Night this year.

The anniversary event is set for 5 to 9 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Ruidoso Convention Center. Tickets can be purchased at the door – $15 for adults and $10 for children.

The annual event helps raise funds for scholarships for Lincoln County graduates heading to college or trade schools, and brings hundreds of Ruidoso residents together for a night of fellowship, fun, and some tasty enchiladas, rice and beans, and desserts.

The biannual dinner has become a tradition and in the face of fires and floods experienced over the last two years, the event brings some positive vibes to a community seeking to rebuild and move on.
