GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Crunch Fitness is officially opening its second location in the Capital Region this week. This location, opening on Friday, will be at Crossgates on the lower level.

The 32,000-square-foot gym will have everything members need to get a workout in, including modern cardio equipment and dumbbells up to 120 pounds. There will also be recovery equipment like a HydroMassage bed and tanning booths.

When new members sign up, they get a CrunchONE Kickoff, a signature onboarding with a fitness assessment and a personalized action plan for individual goals. Memberships start at $9.99 a month.
