Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups were arrested as part of the bust of a mob-run illegal gambling sports betting ring, law enforcement sources said Thursday.
Rozier was taken into custody in Orlando, Fla., and Billups was arrested in Oregon, where he is expected to make an initial court appearance on Thursday, sources said.
The two NBA stars are expected to be named in two indictments unsealed in Brooklyn Federal Court on Thursday .
The exact charge or charges the two men face were not immediately known. A handful of other defendants are expected to be named in the indictments.
ABC News said that at least six people will be named in the indictments . Rozier and Billups are expected to be accused of using inside information about
