GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Two former Gators and defending National Champions have continued to shine as the NBA season began this week.

Walter Clayton Jr. took over down the stretch and hit big shots for the Gators and is doing the same for the Jazz. In his debut, he notched 10 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.

Both he and Ace Bailey — the No. 5 overall pick — should earn bigger roles for the Jazz as the season goes along. Utah’s next game comes at the Sacramento Kings on Friday night (10:00 p.m. E.T.).
