COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The El Paso County Coroner’s Office has identified the driver of the vehicle that crashed into a house on Oct. 10 .

According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers received a call for service at 11:45 p.m. regarding a vehicle that had hit a house in the 2200 Block of Uintah Street.

Officers found the driver of the vehicle dead at the scene. Police said none of the people inside the house were injured.

The Coroner’s Office has identified the driver as 19-year-old Isai Martinez.

The CSPD Major Crash Team is leading the investigation into the crash. While the investigation is ongoing, police believe excessive speed was a factor in the crash.
