Niagara Falls will shine blue this weekend in support of the Toronto Blue Jays after the team advanced to the World Series for the first time in 32 years.
On Friday and Saturday, the Niagara Falls Illumination Board, will light the falls in the Jays' iconic blue colour starting at 8 p.m. just in time for the "first pitch of Game 1 and 2 of the series, which will be played in Toronto," according to the board.
The plan was made in partnership with Niagara Falls Tourism and Niagara Parks, the board said in a news release on Thursday.
