Synopsis: Speaking about the Google’s Data Centre in Visakhapatnam, Jagan alleged, “Chandrababu has been making false claims about the Data Centre and attempting to hijack credit, even though the YSRCP had sown the seeds for the project.”
YSRCP president and former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy came down heavily on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, accusing him of running a “spurious liquor syndicate,” hijacking credit for projects initiated by the previous government, and misleading the public with false claims.
Addressing the media in Tadepalli on Thursday, 23 October, Jagan charged that Chandrababu was “resorting to his old game of Credit Chori,” perhaps inspired by the LoP in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Vote Chori’ campaign.
