A prominent member of a radical anti-government organisation aligned with sovereign citizen ideology has been accused of stalking a police officer who arrested her on domestic violence offences.

Helen Delaney has also lodged Supreme Court documentation requesting “damages” from politicians, police officers and a judge. A “fee schedule” also claimed $75,000 per hour from the federal attorney-general for her appearance in court.

Delaney is a prominent member of Nmdaka Dalai Australis (NDA), an organisation that opposes the government as “illegitimate”, claiming that members did not consent and are not subject to local laws. The group appears to no longer be active.
