FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Fort Wayne police are responding to reports of a deadly shooting on the city’s northwest side.

Police are investigating in the 900 block of Irene Street.

Dispatchers say one person is confirmed to be dead.

They said there is no threat to the public at this time.
