BOARDMAN Republic Pizzeria is gearing up to open a brand-new location in the Southern Park Mall this November.

According to a post on Republic Pizzeria's Facebook page, Republic will be opening a new location in The Bunker at the Southern Park Mall sometime in November.

A spokesperson for the restaurant says the new location is tentatively scheduled to open November 17.

Republic Pizza was formerly located on Lincoln Avenue on Youngstown State University's campus, but is now located on Starr Centre Drive in Canfield near the Pour House restaurant.

The Canfield location was closed for a short time, but the spokesperson tells 21 News it will reopen Friday, October 24 with adjusted hours of 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
