MONTROSE COUNTY, Colo. (KREX) - A tow truck rolled off U.S. Highway 50, causing a closure on Thursday afternoon, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) reported.
The crash happened around noon between County Road P76 and Veo Road near mile point 105, about 7 miles east of Montrose. Debris is blocking traffic in one lane, according to CDOT.
The extent of injuries is unknown at this time.
Montrose Police and Fire Departments, Colorado State Patrol and emergency medical services are on the scene. A detour is in place, but drivers can expect delays as first responders attempt to recover the vehicle.
