EDENWALD, the Bronx (PIX11) --- A 67-year-old Bronx man is accused of stabbing his roommate to death in their NYCHA apartment early Wednesday morning, according to police and sources.

Enoch Rosado, 67, allegedly killed 35-year-old Miguel Batiz during a fight about their living situation in the apartment at the Edenwald Houses at 1138 East 229th St. at around 4 a.m., according to sources and the NYPD.

Officers found Batiz with multiple stab wounds throughout the body in the apartment, cops said. The victim died at the scene.

Rosado was arrested Wednesday night and charged with murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon, according to police.

His arraignment was pending on Thursday.
