LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) -- Two founders and a former employee of a Lansing nonprofit are being sued by the organization and its new executive director.
Punks with Lunch Lansing (PWL) alleges former executive director Julie Miller and former employee Derek Deloof misappropriated $67,868.13 in cash and misused two vehicles owned by the group. The original complaint was filed June 6 in Ingham County’s 30th Circuit Court is assigned to Judge Rosemarie Aquilina.
On Oct. 20, the agency moved to file an amended complaint adding current executive director Kelsea Hector as a plaintiff and former board member Martin Mashon as a defendant. The amended filing outlines nine counts spanning financial misconduct, defamation and emotional distress.
