Russia's president Vladimir Putin has blasted plans by the EU to ban the sale of toilets to Moscow. He has also given leaders a chilling warning, saying it will "cost them dearly" to carry on with the move. ‌

As Russia continues its war in Ukraine into its third year, sanctions against Russia are continuing to mount on all sides. Now, in its latest batch of sanctions to hit Russians, EU-made toilets will no longer be allowed to be exported to Moscow. ‌
