Members of the Park City Planning Commission on Wednesday evening expressed uneasiness with a concept for a housing project involving City Hall and located close to the S.R. 248 entryway, covering a range of issues during an important meeting that also included split public testimony.

The panel addressed the concept for Clark Ranch, which is designed to create a significant number of workforce or otherwise income-restricted housing in addition to market-rate residences on a dozen acres set aside from the rest of the 344 acres in all purchased for open space on both sides of U.S. 40. City Hall owns the land, located off U.S. 40 in the area of Quinn’s Junction, and is partnering with The Alexander Company. The concept calls for upward of 167 multifamily units and 34 townhomes.
