YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - YSU students in the school of engineering and technology are getting some new resources as early as next semester, all thanks to a $200,000 grant from the This is thanks to an $100K from the Howmett Aerospace Foundation. The grant will be used for automation manufacturing equipment.

"They are going to use this equipment in several classes, which is going to really make them very marketable and kind of change the game and how our students are viewed when they come out as graduates from Youngstown State University with a degree in engineering tech," said Robert Korenic, program coordinator of civil and construction engineering technology.
