CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cuyahoga County grand jury has indicted two men in the September shooting that wounded six people in the Flats after the Browns season opener.

Savone Robinson, 21, of Elyria, who was wounded in the shooting, faces six counts of felonious assault, discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises, and two counts of aggravated riot.

Erick Sharp, 19, of Cleveland was charged with two counts of aggravated riot. County prosecutors announced the charges Thursday.

Both men are due back in court on Nov. 7, court records show. Robinson was released after he posted a $100,000 bond.

A third suspect, a 17-year-old, was charged in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court with seven counts of felonious assault, aggravated riot and two gun charges.
