Baptist Health South Miami Hospital’s NICU channeled their spookiest spirits for its annual Halloween costume contest.

Families and dedicated NICU nurses teamed up to dress up newborns in some of their scariest and most adorable costumes, from pumpkins and gremlins to princesses and soccer stars, for their first Halloween.
