Srinagar, Oct 22: A massive fire broke out in Karfali Mohalla area of Habba Kadal, Srinagar, during the early hours of Tuesday, damaging more than seven residential structures, officials said.

According to Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) officials, a distress call was received at 2:29 a.m., following which multiple fire tenders were immediately rushed to the spot from the F&ES Headquarters Command Srinagar, Fire Station Babdem, Fire Station Shahr-e-Khaas, Fire Station Habba Kadal, Fire Station MR Gunj, Fire Station Safa Kadal, Fire Station Nowhatta, Fire Station Hazratbal, Fire Station Soura, Fire Station Gawkadal, and Fire Station Rainawari.
