Letters: Edmonton election would have been crippled by higher turnout

The voting fiasco that I saw this year at the Edmonton polls leaves me to ask two questions. What would it have been like if more than 30% of the voters had turned up to vote, and did our bureaucrats in this lefty city sabotage the fluidity of the voting on purpose or are they just really that inept? In either case, heads should roll, but I doubt that will happen.
