ADDISON, Ill. (WLS) -- A civil lawsuit has now been filed against a suburban ice cream shop owner who was charged with child pornography.

Steven Weisberg is accused of using a hidden camera to secretly record women and girls inside a bathroom at Flavor Frenzy in Addison.

Lawyers met Thursday to discuss details of the new lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday, representing 11 teenage employees.

The plaintiffs' represenatives say Weisberg sexually harassed and manipulated the girls to gain their trust.
