PEORIA, Ill. -- There was graphic testimony Thursday in the murder trial of former Sangamon County deputy Sean Grayson.
He's accused of murder in the shooting death of Sonya Massey at her Springfield, Illinois home in July of 2024.
On Thursday, the jury heard from Illinois State Police crime scene investigators who collected evidence from Massey's home.
Jurors were also shown graphic photos of Massey's autopsy. Grayson kept his head down and one of Massey's family members left the room.
