OSWEGO, Ill. (WLS) -- A suspect is facing charges for allegedly stabbing two people hours apart , killing one, at a Chick-fil-A early Wednesday in the west suburbs, officials announced Thursday.

Darryl Lee Jr., 19, of Kankakee is facing 11 felony charges, including first-degree murder, the Kendall County State's Attorney's Office said.

The investigation began at 5 a.m. at the restaurant in the 2700 block of Route 34, police said.

Police said they responded to calls of a person being stabbed. When officers arrived, they found an injured victim outside the restaurant.

Officers quickly placed the suspect into custody, police said.

As police conducted a "protective sweep of the restaurant," they found another stabbing victim dead
