(FOX40.COM) — With Halloween right around the corner, a real estate company, Real Estate Witch, revealed that more than half of Americans would actually purchase a "haunted" house, according to a survey.

With unexpected costs, bad neighbors and high interest rates, homeowners reveal how they would feel about living in a haunted house. 73 percent of people who would buy a haunted house reported that they would buy it if the house were at a lower price.
