Ottawa police have ruled that the death of a 21-year-old man whose body was found in the city’s east end on Wednesday was a homicide. Article content

A news release Thursday evening said the victim, identified as Joshua Qiyuk, had been stabbed. Article content Article content

His body was found early Wednesday in the 400 block of Meadow Park Place, east of the Beechwood Cemetery and near the Aviation Parkway.
