Cicero, N.Y. — The Christian Brothers Academy football team’s perfect season was in jeopardy late in its matchup with Cicero-North Syracuse on Thursday night, but the two-time defending state champions showed why they are the champs with back-to-back perfectly executed plays to preserve a 21-20 win at Michael J. Bragman Stadium.
With eight seconds left in the game, C-NS QB Braydon Dems threw a beautiful ball to his receiver in the endzone, but CBA defensive back Adrian Weather was in perfect position to break it up.
