HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. (WCJB) - High Springs city leaders changed the rule restricting alcohol sales near churches.
The 500-foot buffer zone now only applies to church-owned properties, not just properties used by churches.
City commissioners unanimously approved the change during a second reading of the ordinance on Thursday.
