A Delhi-based terror module inspired by ISIS was dismantled, with two operatives arrested for allegedly planning a massive IED blast in the capital in the future. The suspects were in the advanced stages of executing their plan and were apprehended in a joint operation by intelligence agencies and the special cell. As per media reports, the apprehended men were trained for Fiyadeen attacks.
Arms and ammunition were seized, as per a Times of India report, from the miscreants. One of the suspects has been identified as Adnan. The operation was led by Additional Commissioner Pramod Kushwaha and ACP Lalit Mohan Negi.
