Spandau Ballet star Martin Kemp was taken to hospital after he had an accident with a chainsaw. The 64-year-old had to be bandaged and was given a tetanus injection after the horror incident at his home recently. ‌

His son Roman Kemp revealed his dad was cutting a tree when he picked up a chainsaw by its blade leading to injuries to his hand. The popular presenter said his father was "lucky" that he didn't lose his hand in the horror incident. ‌

And he said his dad told the family about what had happened in a WhatsApp group message with the caption: "Yep...Chainsaw!!!" alongside a picture of his injured, bandaged hand, reports The Mirror . ‌
